APPOINTMENT POLICY
You are able to self-manage your appointments with the Bilton Speech Pathology Clinic online booking system. You can either create an account to log-in or use the booking confirmation emails to make adjustments to your appointments. Alternatively, feel free to email biltonspeechpathology@gmail.com and we will be able to assist you.
All appointments needing to be cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the $45.00 session deposit.
PLEASE NOTE: NDIS managed plans are exempt from this deposit however all NDIS cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a full session amount.
PAYMENT POLICY
All appointments require a refundable $45.00 deposit. Should you need to reschedule your session with greater than 48 hours notice, this amount is transferable to an alternate available appointment time. We accept payment via Visa or Mastercard.
The remainder of your appointment balance is due at the commencement of your session. We accept payment via Visa or Mastercard. A receipt will be issued following your session and emailed to your preferred email address should you require it for a private health fund rebate.
Private health insurer rebates differ based on both provider and policy. Bilton Speech Pathology Clinic would suggest getting in touch with your private health insurance to understand your policy’s available benefits for speech therapy.
SESSION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bilton Speech Pathology Clinic cannot accept responsibility for clients not ensuring the required resources are available, functioning and/or prepared for the session as directed prior to the commencement of the appointment. This includes but is not limited to, the relevant technology, internet connection, props and stationary.
Bilton Speech Pathology Clinic will send through a session overview with the required items no less than 24 hours before the appointment’s scheduled start time.
Sessions impacted by the unavailability of these items are non-refundable and non-transferable.
